A piece will be replaced for free only if it breaks at the time of the shipping.

Just take a photo clearly showing the damage and email it to us at customerservice@antreassian.com within 10 hours of receiving your shipment.

 

Store credit will be provided under the following conditions

The item must be returned within 2 days of date of purchase, without any defects and having not been used. Shipping should be handled and paid for by the customer.

 

“Special Order” Pieces cannot be returned or exchanged in any way.

 

In all instances of monetary refunds the customer will be deducted 5% from the total price of the item or $22 US (100 ILS), the lesser of the two.
